For four weeks, Knokke is the international scene for jumping riders. This week, they immediately jumped on 5 star level.
19 combinations started at the jump-off of the Grand Prix. BWP and organizer Stephex Stables were the winners. It was Daniel Deusser who won the GP with the 12-year old Equita 't Zorgvliet (Cassini I x Darco). On Friday, they already won the first GP qualifier.
Equita is bred by Andre Braeckevelt. Deusser only had the mare a few races under the saddle. Previously, she was ridden by Jonna Ekberg. They won last year's three star Grand Prix of Beervelde.
On the 5th place we again got a rider from the stables of Stephan Conter with Lorenzo de Luca and the 12-year-old Ensor the Litrange LXIII (Nabab de Reve x Mr. Blue) bred by Luc Coosemans. His grandmother is the famous Querly Chin.
