Top ten place for Espoir in the World Cup final

In Paris the super final of the World Cup was finished. The final victory went to the American rider Beezie Madden and Breitling LS (by Quintero Ask). The duo won both on Thursday and Friday and made only one mistake in the last round.

The best Belgian Warmblood was Espoir (Surcouf de Revel x Laudanum) from breeder Johan Lannoo. With Pieter Devos in the saddle, the 14-year-old gelding was in ninth place before the start of the super final. In the final, which went through two rounds, they managed to set a flawless first round, which brought them to a provisional fourth place. But in the final round they made 2 faults, so they finally finished in ninth place.
